We fried up our ocean fish last night! Blue, spanish, and pompano! I personally cant get past the amount of bones in the pompano to enjoy it as much as I do the blue and spanish, despite that being the more popular catch.. but either way you cant beat fish you catch yourself! And if you've never added some fresh Jalepenos to your slaw.. you should really try it if you like Jalepenos! Delicious!!

I gave up coffee for about 3 years now, because for whatever reason it causes my circulation issues to become very noticeably worse. But apparently smelling it every morning for a week did me in 😅 i LOVE coffee... maybe my body just needed a break??? Either way its been worth the risk!!
Our catches of beach trip 2026! Until I met my husband I never really went on many vacations and I never understood the saying "I need a vacation after my vacation" but boy do I now! The beach really takes it out of you and its hard to adjust back to real life!! I hope you guys enjoy this video and ill be working on more soon!
We are back home and reunited with Molly! She had a great time staying with mom, however, I think her pomeranian Luna is glad shes gone 😅 Molly is a little energetic amd both my moms dags are quite a bit older and think her plays are aggression. After I get some work done around the house I will be working on uploading some videos from our trip and recording some homesteading content!

I caught us some sand fleas for bait!! We havent been out to the peir yet due to a few getting pretty sunburnt 😅 but hopefully soon!
We are at the beach!! But of course i couldnt go without having some good homemade snacks!! I was asked to make buffalo chicken dip and cinnamon toast crunch bars and I also made a cheesecake dip and some Carmel as well as buffalo chicken dip! Today we will be hoping to get lots of fishing content to share with you guys!!
I will be filing some small videos tonight, but tomorrow we are going on vacation, so there might be a gap, as I cant film enough in one night! Hopefully we will be able to get some fishing videos recorded while we are there. How many of you would be interested to see some fishing videos??
Since i dont have any new content today, here's a video of Molly in her favorite place in the world!! ...well as long as she doesnt actually enter the river 😆😆 she hates getting wet!!

We made porkchops tonight with our home canned baked beans! And of course some potato salad always with homemade mayo! There was salad to go with but we decided it was too much food 😅
