We are thrilled to share the details of our latest comprehensive bathroom remodel. For this project, our focus was maximizing floor space, upgrading outdated systems to modern codes, and ensuring long-term structural durability for our client.

Key Project Highlights:

Layout Reconfiguration: Demolished non-load-bearing partition walls and an existing closet to successfully integrate a spacious double-vanity layout.

Advanced Plumbing & Drainage: Modified and relocated existing drain lines to facilitate the transition from a standard bathtub to a custom-built walk-in shower.

Electrical & Safety Upgrades: Ran new 14/2 wiring for recessed LED shower lighting, upgraded bathroom switches, and brought the space up to code with new GFCI safety outlets.

Moisture Protection & Carpentry: Constructed a custom shower niche and step using pressure-treated lumber, installed 1/2” cement board, and applied a RedGard waterproofing membrane.

Seamless Finish: Repaired all drywall damages with high-quality joint compound and precision sanding, leaving a flawless surface ready for paint.
