Old but good
Many people were inspired by my 5am Gym workout routine last year but did not know where my inspiration was coming from. Well it was all Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku constantly reminding me to wake up and move my body every single day on her WhatsApp status for years. Many of you see her but I encourage you to join her. She inspired me to loose 100 pounds and I could not wait to reveal myself to her.
If you’re a lady and you are looking for a gym that caters to only women then is the right gym for you. I had so much fun working out with her. She is a vibe by all standards. You will leave happy and lighter.
While other moms are preparing the kids for back to school, WE ARE OUTSIDE! 😂🌴🦒✈️
Because apparently we decided to squeeze every last drop out of summer before reality comes calling! 😂
Our family stay at Safari Valley Resort in Ghana was the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, wildlife, beautiful scenery and quality family time. 🇬🇭❤️ The kids had a blast, and honestly… so did we!
School supplies can wait just a little longer because right now, we’re busy making memories! 😂😂
