From ADRA’s Operations Center in Lirquén, Penco, volunteers, coordinators, partners, and donors worked together to deliver emergency assistance to families who had lost so much.

When catastrophic flooding devastated communities across southern Brazil, ADRA volunteers stepped in to serve families who had lost so much.

Working in shifts and across multiple locations, they helped operate ADRA Brazil's Mobile Unit, providing hot meals, clean water, laundry services, hygiene kits, and other essential support to people displaced by the disaster.

To every volunteer who gave their time, energy, and heart—thank you. Your compassion made a difference.

When Cyclone Remal swept through Bangladesh, Anita lost the fish pond that provided for her family. Overnight, her livelihood disappeared, and putting food on the table became an impossible challenge. But in the midst of the devastation, hope arrived.

ADRA Bangladesh quickly responded with emergency food assistance, providing rice, lentils, cooking oil, and other essentials that gave Anita's family the stability they needed in the days that followed.

"In the aftermath of Cyclone Remal, food relief is a lifeline," Anita shared.

When disasters strike, emergency aid is more than a meal. It's comfort in uncertainty, strength to keep going, and the first step toward recovery.
