SHORTEST & MOST POWERFUL "DUA" & ONLY 'ONE WORD' (?) "Allahuma inni as'aluka al Afiyah" * اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ Al-Abbas, radiallahuanhu, Uncle of Prophet Muhammed, peace be upon him ﷺ, asked him ﷺ, "O, Messenger of Allah, teach me a prayer.”
Prophet Muhammed ﷺ answered, saying: “O, Uncle, say:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَة

"Allahumma, inni as' aluka al 'Afiyah" Meaning: "Ya Allah, I ask you for Al Afiyah"
["Afiyah": wellness, healthy, good condition, without difficulties, no pain, no suffering in this world and the Next]
Uncle Abbas, radiallahu anhu, came back after some days, asking; “Ya Rasulullah ﷺ, this Dua is short. I want a bigger dua.”
Prophet, ﷺ replied to his uncle, "Dear uncle, ask Allah for Afiyah, I swear you cannot be given anything better than Afiyah.”
This is a very short and simple dua. Just sincerely mean it, when you pray it.
“Ya Allah, I ask You for Al Afiyah (to protect me and us from distress, sicknesses, poverty and hardships). There is much more included with:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ
"Allahumma, inni as aluka al'afiyah" (Sunan Tirmidhi and Riyadh As Saliheen) Rasoolulah, ﷺ said: “Convey from me, even if it is one verse.”

As a story reader there are many elements you look for in a book such as suspense, drama, excitement, foreboding, and a great climax. This book, rather this author delivers on all. The story, although a work of fiction, can be mistaken for being absolutely real. While reading the book you will find yourself immersed in the story as if you are a character within watching the events unfold. The development of character is on a level of its own.

There is so much suspense and drama that you are left wanting for more. Believe it or not I actually read the book twice.
The book gave me a love story that is not over the top in romance by giving unrealistic events. All in all this is must read book for any wishing to sit down next to a fire place with a cup of hot coco on the side and relax.

I recommend it for all readers.

I never said I wanted a 'happy' life but an interesting one. From separation and loss, I have learned a lot. I have become strong and resilient, as is the case of almost every human being exposed to life and to the world. We don't even know how strong we are until we are forced to bring that hidden strength forward.

Sometimes not speaking says more than all the words in the world

We never understand how little we need in this world until we know the loss of it.

When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives means the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand.
