Greetings, friends. I hope you have had or are having a very special Sabbath day. As we go about God’s work, let us remember to always give God the glory, rather than taking glory to ourselves.

“looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God…” (2 Peter 3:12, NKJV)

Beautiful Seoul is the vibrant capital of South Korea, where ancient traditions and modern innovation stand side by side. The iconic N Seoul Tower rises above the city as a reminder that, even amid the busyness of life, we can lift our eyes heavenward and find peace in God's presence.

South Korea is home to approximately 52 million people. The Seventh-day Adventist Church has been active in the country since 1904 and today includes more than 250 churches and companies, with over 250,000 members throughout the Korean Union Conference.

This Sabbath, please pray:
For the members and leaders of the church in South Korea.
For the many large cities of East Asia where millions have yet to hear the Three Angels' Messages.
For Global Mission pioneers, church planters, and literature evangelists sharing Christ's love throughout the region.
For a renewed experience of revival, reformation, and mission in our own lives.
May God richly bless you as you worship Him today. Let us remain faithful to His Word, committed to His mission, and filled with the hope of Jesus' soon coming.

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” (Matt. 24:14, NKJV)

We are in Spokane, Washington State, on our way to Fountainview Academy in British Columbia, Canada. We are staying with our youngest daughter, Catherine Renck, and her husband, Bob, and their four children. We went shopping for plants and other items and met these fine people from Zaokski Adventist University, Vladimir and Ellena (Kozlova) Rudoy who are now living in Spokane and part of the Seventh-day Adventist Slavic Church. Ellena is the retired former dean of the Zaokski Music Department and has a lovely singing voice with which God blessed her.

During this coming weekend, I will give you reports from Fountainview Academy, a wonderful supporting ministry secondary school in rural British Columbia. Our oldest granddaughter and grandchild, Lauren Wright, will be graduating. We are proud of her and praise God for His blessings!

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise…but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9, NKJV)
