http://dcfencing.com DC Fencers Club (DCFC) has a national and international reputation as one of the best fencing clubs in the United States.
The club offers instruction through classes, camps, workshops, and individual lessons. Fencers of all ages are welcome, and members range from recreational fencers to fencers who compete in local, regional, national, and international tournaments. DCFC coaches have a combined 100 years of training, competition, and teaching experience, and they include credentialed fencing masters and National and World Champions. DC Fencers Club promotes excellence, sportsmanship, and safety in a friendly environment. We are open Monday – Friday, 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm (open fencing and various classes, see schedule for details). We are also open Saturdays, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (beginner sabre and epee classes, see schedule for details). Stop by for a visit and a chat with one of our coaches. See you at the club!

We had a great time at USA Fencing Night with the Washington Mystics on Tuesday, September 22 to help celebrate Women in Sports Week!
Valerie Asher of DCFC and Donna Felsenheld of NOVA joined DCFC alum Peter Souders and student sabre fencers for a demonstration of our sport!
There’s more women in sports fun this week! Join us on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 6:30 p.m. for USA Fencing Night with the Washington Spirit as they take on Angel City FC at Audi Field!

Last weekend our very own Chelsea Chi and Jolie Korfonta trained at the U.S. Olympic Center in Fort Collins, Colorado, joining DCFC alumna Hadley Husisian and other elite fencers. It was a last hurrah before starting senior year and heading off to Harvard, respectively.
