(TabulaRasaDV) a 501c3 nonprofit organization is unique and encompasses the hand-to-hand concept, offering a guided path for survivors to receive time-sensitive and needed services, while providing a healing journey with the support of a trauma informed network. We are giving survivors a Fresh Start by providing professional and personal development training with assistance to help them become self-sufficient. While focusing on intervention and prevention we provide relocation assistance, escape plan formalization, a positive and safe environment, a place to gain communal support, and a platform to share freely. TabulaRasaDV has assisted over 200 women and their children in escaping from their abusers and helped them to obtain a fresh start. We provide services to ALL survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and child abuse. Services provided by Tabula Rasa Domestic Violence, Inc include:
Transportation Relocation Assistance (TRA),
Counseling Services, Housing, FreshStart Program,
Consultations, Education, Awareness, Information,
Resources, Court Advocacy, Case Management,
Workshops, DV Support Groups, Intervention,

Hi Parents & Guardians, please bring your youth and teens out to join us on February 27th at our new location 75 Industrial Park Drive in Waldorf for a powerful, interactive Teen Dating Violence Awareness event.
This TeenSpeakUp Youth Empowerment session is designed for middle and high school students (6th–12th grade) and provides a trauma-informed, age-appropriate space where youth can learn, reflect, and grow. Through guided conversations and interactive activities, participants will build skills around healthy relationships, boundaries, consent, digital safety, and recognizing red flags vs. green flags. Youth will be supported in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they can ask questions, strengthen confidence, and connect with TeenSpeakUp mentors and trusted resources.
