"By her actions and her words, it is clear that Sen. Attar does not have the accountability and humility that our community and our district deserve. She also seems to have been, perhaps understandably, distracted from the most recent legislative session, missing key votes on important issues like foster care and immigration.
Del. Ruff, on the other hand, was extremely active, particularly as chair of the House of Delegates’ Capital Budget Subcommittee, personally shepherding more than $12 million in investments to the district, including funds for institutions vital to our community, like Sinai Hospital."

The choice is clear: Wala Blegay is running a people powered campaign rooted in community, while Adrian Boafo is taking corporate PAC money from interests tied to ICE donors.
Big Tech developers are pushing data centers that could drive up energy demand, strain resources, and change our communities forever. Voters across Maryland are raising serious concerns.
Will Jawando has led the fight for a moratorium on data centers to protect us from ballooning energy bills, water loss, and noise and climate pollution. Andrew Friedson has refused to back a moratorium and thinks data center development should move forward.
If you care about responsible growth and protecting Montgomery County’s future, vote Will Jawando for County Executive.
