Quality Time Learning Center is a private early education through first grade primary school serving children and families in Silver Spring, MD and Washington, D.C. Quality Time Learning Center was founded in 1988 by Mr. Richard Crump, a West Point graduate with a love for children and a vision to create innovative, advanced early education programs.
