Why did another pet go back before mine? 🚨

In the ER, patients aren’t always seen in the order they arrive. Every pet is triaged so our team can determine who needs medical attention most urgently.

That means a pet experiencing a life-threatening emergency may be brought back immediately — even if they arrived after you.

We know waiting with a sick or injured pet can be stressful. If you’re waiting, it doesn’t mean your pet has been forgotten. Our team is continually assessing patients and prioritizing care based on their medical needs.
