All of our ingredients are cooked to order and our menu is designed to give flexibility. We have gluten free options and vegan options as well. Our dishes are flavorful and will satisfy any palate. We have incorporated three components in the way we run our restaurant. First, we have created an express service without leaving out the identity of the food and ethnic roots. Second our dishes are more affordable, and third we have made our plates more balanced than a traditional Ethiopian restaurant.
