Demolition of Schuyler bridge in Long Beach started this week

Almost a complete rebuild of this 6,500 sq. ft., two story wood building with spandrel windows at 11526 Burbank Blvd, North Hollywood, California. Near completion of the structure.

Another project in Construction by RGSE inc. A Senior Retirement Community at Lantern Crest in the city of Santee California. Four story wood and steel framed construction with masonry and cast in place concrete retaining walls, roughly 140,000 square feet, over a parking and lobby level.

Almost complete! Los Feliz project, two to three story multi family affordable housing roughly 100,000sqft at Los Feliz Drive, Thousand Oaks for the Area Housing Authority of Ventura County. Concrete podium level structure over a parking garage with type V wood construction above.

Location: Oxnard Blvd and Roderick Ave, Oxnard, CA
Construction: 3 story wood structure over podium level.
Almost near completion!

Project: Municipal Service Center Expansion Project.
Location: 1993 Rancho Conejo Blvd. City of Thousand Oaks Public Works Department.
Construction: A steel frame and metal deck building, and a masonry building with wood roof.

Project: Boys and Girls Club of Ventura
Location: 11321 Violeta Street, Ventura, CA 93004
Construction: one story building, roughly 4900sqft, with curved steel joist roof, over steel framed spandrel windows on all sides, over low masonry walls.
