Kids in Development St. Tammany (K.i.D.S.) Kids in Development Slidell (K.I.D.S.) was created as a class project of the Leadership Northshore Class of 2023.
The purpose of K.I.D.S. is to establish a perpetual program that provides free car seats to families who struggle with the ability to obtain a car seat for newborn infants in East St. Tammany Parish. The seats will be procured with funds from fundraising events, such as A Storybook Kind Of Day event, and donations. For the past 4 years we have been proud to host the candy bar for the HUGS4Kids pediatric fashion show! It has been an honor to participate in such an amazing event, and we are excited to welcome all of the 2026 participants, their families and community supporters to enjoy this years display!
