Habitat for Humanity St. Tammany West is hiring a full-time Donation Ambassador / Warehouse Driver! 🚚🔨
This role is a great mix of driving local routes, handling customer service, and working in the warehouse to support Habitat’s mission of building homes and hope right here in our community.

📍 Location: St. Tammany West
💼 Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
🚚 Core Responsibilities: Driving 16'–26' straight trucks for scheduled donation pickups, greeting donors, evaluating items, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe.

Requirements
🚛 Valid Class D Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class D) with experience operating 16'–26' straight trucks
📑 Clean driving record and ability to be insured
💪 Physical ability to regularly lift, move, and pull up to 50 lbs
🎓 High School Diploma or GED (1 year of experience preferred)

Delgado Community College is accepting interest for upcoming CDL / Commercial Vehicle Operator (CVO) Training classes.

Participants will receive hands-on training in vehicle operation, backing maneuvers, inspections, hours of service, logbooks, and other skills needed to prepare for a Class A CDL career.
