Chair Tai Chi brings all the incredible benefits of traditional Tai Chi straight to the comfort of a sturdy seat. It is the perfect, ultra-low-impact workout for seniors, individuals recovering from injury, or anyone with limited mobility.

We wrapped up our Summer Reading Program with an unforgettable end-of-summer celebration across the 4 communities. From games and crafts to books taken home, it was the perfect send-off to an incredible season of reading and growing together.📚💚

This July, Cobb Collaborative is proud to amplify Mental Health America's national campaign recognizing Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.

Created in honor of mental health advocate Bebe Moore Campbell, this observance shines a light on the disparities many communities of color face in accessing quality mental health care while encouraging open, culturally responsive conversations about well-being.

By fostering trusted spaces for dialogue and increasing awareness of available resources, we can help ensure that everyone has the opportunity to access the support they need.
