Cobb Collaborative educates, engages, and empowers local people and organizations to improve outcomes for children and families in Cobb County.
Every community has a wide range of needs and Cobb County is no exception. Improving the lives of everyone in a community is a daunting and complex challenge. But there is a way for all of us to work together towards collectively improving our county. We partner with a range of organizations and causes, but we focus on initiative areas of Mental Health, Literacy and Civic Engagement to make the largest impact on our community. For more than 30 years, the Cobb Collaborative has served hundreds of organizations and individuals in Cobb County. Our goal is to be the bridge that connects all of our collective efforts into a greater impact. We’re an official Georgia Family Connection Partnership, meaning we have statewide support but deliver on a local level.

We’re so proud to see Early Literacy Ambassador Sabrina Hood Lyles featured by United Way of Greater Atlanta for the impact she’s making in her community.
Through Cobb Collaborative’s Early Literacy Ambassadors program, community members like Sabrina are equipped with the tools and confidence to support children and families beyond the classroom. From leading reading groups in her apartment community to helping children discover the joy of books, Sabrina is helping make literacy a community effort.

Earlier this month, Vote Your Voice - Cobb County was at Kennesaw State University for the KSU vs. West Georgia football game, connecting with students and the campus community!🗳️
Tabling events like this create opportunities to share nonpartisan voter information, answer questions, and help community members understand how to participate in the electoral process. Voter engagement starts with having access to clear, accurate information—and we’re proud to be part of those conversations in our community.

Wellstar is now accepting applications for Enrichly scholarships, providing organizations with access to a structured youth development program focused on strengthening self-esteem, confidence, and social-emotional well-being.
The opportunity may be a good fit for schools, after-school programs, community centers, and nonprofits serving young people. Selected organizations will receive the Enrichly program, facilitator training, and implementation support.
