In July of 1986, Dave and Julie Glavin decided it was time to go out on their own. 3 kids under the age of 6 in a town they had moved to 2 years before, with zero connections. They started in a home office with no equipment, just a desire to do things their way. Slowly but surely they moved forward, getting a real office, hiring employees, starting to manufacture in house, buying a building. So much sacrifice and hard work from many people got us to where we are today, but none of it would be possible without that one decision. The amount of courage and resilience it took to leave a good job and start from zero with a young family is hard to comprehend. We are the epitome of the American Dream. Good times and bad, we pushed forward, trying to do the right things for our team and our customers. It's an honor and privilege to continue the legacy and we are looking forward to what the next 40 years bring!
