Big news!🎉

Yesterday, the MassDOT Board unanimously approved a $78.7 million design-build contract to begin construction of the Mystic River Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge, a planned car-free connection between the Encore Casino in Everett and to Draw Seven Park here at Assembly!.

This is another exciting milestone in efforts to create a direct connection between Assembly Row and Everett, making it easier to walk & bike between our communities. Construction is expected to take about three years.

We’re excited to see this project move forward and look forward to the connections it will create!

Happy 2026! 🚌 🚉 👟 🚲

This week, we're spotlighting the importance of Transportation Demand Management (TDM) in creating sustainable, safe, and efficient transportation systems. TDM encourages the use of alternative modes of transportation, like biking, walking, transit, and carpooling, to reduce congestion and lower emissions. It’s a vital part of planning for a greener future!

TDM not only helps alleviate traffic but also improves public health by cutting down on vehicle emissions and promoting active transportation. Plus, with more commuting options, people enjoy better access to jobs, and businesses benefit from increased productivity.

Check out the link in our bio for more on , and to learn about the TDM programs and services we provide to Assembly Square employees, residents, and visitors!
