🚨 PET OF THE DAY 🚨
Meet Quirky! 🐾💜
With a name like Quirky, you already know this guy has personality — and he absolutely lives up to it. 😂
Quirky is a fun-loving pup who’s ready to turn ordinary days into adventures. Whether he’s exploring, playing, or soaking up attention from his people, he has a way of making everything a little more entertaining.
He’s got the charm. He’s got the personality. He’s got the perfect amount of quirky. Now he’s just looking for someone who thinks a little weird is wonderful. 💜

🦇 Small wings. BIG impact.
Little Brown Bats may be tiny, but they play an important role in our ecosystem! These nighttime neighbors spend their evenings hunting insects and helping keep populations in check. 🌙
The best way to be a good neighbor? Give bats space, protect their habitat, and never handle one with bare hands.
🦇 Found a bat that may be injured, grounded, or in need of help? Contact us before intervening:

🚨 PET OF THE DAY 🚨
Meet Cerulean! 🐱💜
Cerulean may be a little reserved at first, but she’s already showing us that a gentle approach and a little patience go a long way. 🥹
She’s the kind of girl who likes to take things at her own pace — quietly checking you out, deciding whether you’ve earned her trust, and getting a little braver with every kind interaction. And when she starts letting you in? That makes the connection even sweeter. 💛
Cerulean is ready for someone who will give her the time and space to settle in and show just how special she is.
Could you be her person? 🐾

💎 And while Cerulean waits for her connection, we’re getting ready to celebrate 60 years of connections just like hers! Join us Saturday, November 7 for Anderson Humane’s Diamond Jubilee Gala and help us continue creating brighter futures for animals and the people who love them.

🚨 PETS OF THE DAY 🚨
Double the dogs. Double the personality. Double the reason to fall in love. 🐾💜
Meet Honey & Dexter! These two clearly know how to work a room — especially when treats are involved. 😂 Between the eager eyes, perfect sits, and very convincing “I’ve definitely never been fed before” faces, they’re making a pretty strong case for themselves.
Think one (or both) of them could be your connection? Come meet them!

💜 Another week, more animals starting brand-new chapters.
There’s something special about seeing these faces, knowing they’re now settling into homes of their own. New routines, favorite spots on the couch, people to love — and so many memories still to come. 🐾
Thank you to everyone who helps make these moments possible. Every adoption opens the door for us to help another animal waiting for their own connection.
