Thinking about a new ERP?
The journey shouldn’t begin with a software demo.
It should begin with understanding how your business operates today, where the real bottlenecks are, what your requirements actually are, and which platform genuinely fits those needs.
That’s why ERP strategy happens before implementation.
A structured strategy process can help your team move from:
Current-state discovery → Requirements → Platform fit → Roadmap → Partner selection → Implementation-ready strategy.
With Catalyst360 ERP Strategy Consultation, the goal is to create that clarity before making a major technology commitment.
Take a look at the roadmap to see what that process can look like.

Thinking about a new ERP?
Before booking another demo, make sure you understand what your business actually needs.
A successful ERP decision is about more than comparing features. It starts with understanding your current processes, business requirements, organizational readiness, platform fit, and the right implementation approach.
That’s what Catalyst360 ERP Strategy Consultation is designed to help clarify before you make a major software commitment.
Strategy first. Platform second.
The goal is simple: reduce unnecessary risk and move into ERP selection with a clearer plan.

Choosing an ERP is a big decision, but some of the most expensive mistakes happen before implementation even begins.
Choosing software too early, overlooking whether the organization is actually ready, assuming every ERP works the same way, trying to go live with everything at once, or choosing an implementation partner based mainly on price can all create problems later.
The better approach?
Understand your requirements first.
Make sure your team is ready.
Choose the platform that actually fits your business.
Build a phased implementation plan.
And choose the right partner, not simply the lowest quote.
Strategy first. Software second.
Take a look at the graphic and let us know: which of these mistakes have you seen happen most often?

Still on Microsoft Dynamics GP?
You may have more runway than you think, but that doesn’t mean the best move is to wait until the migration becomes urgent.
The companies that handle this transition well use the time to understand their current GP environment, identify risks, clean up broken processes, evaluate their options, and build a realistic migration plan.
The companies that wait often end up making the same decisions under pressure, with less time for testing, training, and proper planning.
The difference isn’t the platform. It’s the plan.
That’s exactly what the Catalyst360 GP Migration Roadmap Call is designed to help with.
In one focused session with the Premier Tech Partners team, we’ll help you get clarity around:
• Your current GP footprint
• Migration risks and blockers
• Platform options
• A realistic phased roadmap
No hard sell. No vendor hype. Just a clearer path forward.

Acumatica or Business Central for your GP migration?
Most businesses compare ERP platforms based on features, pricing, integrations, and market position.
But that’s only part of the decision.
The real question is: Which platform best fits how your business actually operates?
Acumatica may be the stronger fit if you need an open, cloud-native platform with unlimited-user licensing and strong capabilities for distribution, manufacturing, or construction.
Business Central may be the better fit if staying within the Microsoft ecosystem, Microsoft 365 familiarity, and user adoption are major priorities.
And in some cases, neither is the right answer.
Before making the decision, there are four questions that matter just as much:
- Is your data clean enough to migrate?
- Can key people dedicate enough time during implementation?
- Have you identified the customizations that need to be rebuilt, replaced, or eliminated?
- Does your implementation partner have proven references beyond go-live?
The right ERP is not simply the one with the best demo. It’s the one that fits your business and can be implemented successfully.

A GP migration was supposed to take 4 months.
18 months later, the company was $200K over budget and still using GP for half its processes.
The controller had done her due diligence.
She compared platforms.
She checked partner certifications.
She asked for references.
And it still went wrong.
What nobody had told her before the contract was signed was this:
Data migration is the easy part.
The harder questions are:
→ Will your team actually adopt the new system?
→ Will your processes improve or become more complicated?
→ Will your reports and workflows survive the move?
→ Does the new platform actually fit the way your business operates?
Those questions often determine whether a migration succeeds.
That is why we do not start with demos, platforms, or timelines.
We start with the uncomfortable questions first.
Because a migration that is honest about its risks upfront is much safer than one that simply looks perfect on paper.
Have you ever been through a migration that promised one thing and delivered another?
What would you have asked differently at the start? 👇

Every business we work with has people like this, the ones who show up early, stay late, and keep things running while the systems around them are held together with duct tape and spreadsheets.
That's exactly why we do what we do.
Tag someone on your team who deserves the credit. 👇

Today we're thinking about the people who actually build things.
The machinists. The warehouse teams running the floor at 6 AM. The finance teams closing the books so operations never miss a beat. The project managers keeping construction sites on schedule.
Manufacturing, distribution, and construction don't run on software. They run on people who show up every day and make the work happen, software is just supposed to get out of their way.
Happy Labor Day to the teams who build, ship, and keep this country moving.
From all of us at Premier Tech Partners, thank you.

50–75% of ERP migrations fail to deliver their promised outcomes. GP migrations aren't an exception.
The timeline slips. The budget expands. The team resists. The partner disappears.
And two years later you have a system that technically works but nobody fully trusts while the consultant who sold it has already moved on to their next project.
At Premier Tech Partners, we've spent years implementing and extricating GP migrations across Acumatica, Business Central, and other platforms.
We observe exactly where they go wrong. And we've built a methodology Catalyst360 specifically designed to prevent it.
Before any client commits to scope, platform, or budget, we run a focused assessment that answers the questions every GP migration depends on:
✅ What does your current GP footprint actually look like customizations, integrations, dependencies?
✅ What are the 3–5 things that absolutely cannot break during migration?
✅ Which platform genuinely fits your business model not which one was demoed best?
✅ What does a phased migration look like that keeps your operations running?
This is what our Catalyst360 GP Migration Roadmap Call delivers.
One session. No pitch. A clear, honest picture of your migration path before you commit to anything.
If you're a CFO, COO, or Controller on GP who knows the clock is ticking this is the conversation worth having first.
