TAG Florida Program
Share
This page is to help gain support to establish a fish tagging program in FL similar to that of Tag Louisiana which no longer provides FL anglers with tags.
Our main objective is to get a TAG Florida program up and running. As many Florida anglers know, the Tag Louisiana program lost funding from the state and will now longer be providing tags to out of state anglers. Fish tagging provides valuable information of species travel patterns, numbers, and growth rates. This program promotes conservative, angler education, and helps to protect our fishery for future generations. We are looking to create our own program for Florida, with many more species in mind to research. This can only be possible with your help. Please like us and share us. Thank you.
