Bambi the Muntjac Deer 🦌
Muntjacs have long canine teeth that almost look like a vampire. They are also known as the “barking deer” because they make a loud barking noise when they are alarmed very similar to a dog. Muntjacs are among the smallest deer in the world only reaching 25-40 lbs. I think they are so cute. 🥰

Sid the Two Toed Sloth 🦥
Their name comes from their two clawed fingers on each front limb. They use their claws to grip branches & support their body when hanging in trees. They can hang upside down for hours & their organs are positioned in ways that make breathing & digestion easier when inverted. How cool is that?!

Hanging out with red ruffed lemurs was truly a rare & one of a kind experience. The red ruffed lemur is critically endangered which is one of the highest levels of threat before extinction in the wild. They are found only in Madagascar & are endangered due to habitat loss, hunting & trapping. This species is extremely important to conservation efforts. Getting to be up close & personal with these amazing animals was such an awesome experience. What an honor. Not to mention they were the absolute sweetest. ❤️🐾

Good morning to all!🤎🐮🐄

Today marks 2 weeks since our Scottish Highlander Calf was born. He was neglected by his mother in his first hours of life, weak and barely able to walk on his own. He did not receive any milk from his mother which made things much more difficult. Upon taking him to the vet, he weighed 33 pounds and was given a 0%-25% chance to live. We took those odds and gave him a chance at life. Although it was scary at first, this little guy kept fighting to survive.

Sure enough, with much effort, he pulled through and couldn’t be happier or healthier. He is now close to 60 pounds, if not more. The moment he stepped outside for the first time and touched the grass, he couldn’t stop running🤣❤️🤎

We have yet to name him but once we do, you’ll be the first to know. Please give us continued prayer that he grows to be a big ole healthy boy! We greatly appreciate it.❤️🥹
