🎓✨ We wrapped up College Week by dressing up as what we want to be when we grow up! ✨🎓

Our Wildcats had so much fun showing off their future career dreams—from teachers and doctors to athletes, artists, first responders, and more! ❤️🐾

It was a great way to end a week focused on dreaming big, setting goals, and thinking about all the possibilities the future can hold!

Today, we celebrate the incredible custodians who work hard every day to keep Greenleaf Elementary clean, safe, welcoming, and ready for our Wildcats! 🐾✨

From early mornings to busy school days, their dedication often happens behind the scenes—but the difference they make shows up everywhere. We are so grateful for everything they do to take care of our school and our Wildcat family!

Our GLE Wildcat kindergarteners had a ROAR-some time exploring their 5 senses through play! 🐾💛

👃 Smell: Guess the Scent — Sniff, sniff…what is it? 🌸 🍎
From giggles to great guesses, our Kinder Wildcats were busy seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching, and learning! 🧠✨

Learning comes alive in 4th grade!
To truly connect with our reading of Small Steps: The Year I Got Polio, our students stepped into the main character’s shoes. One group tried using only their facial muscles to eat a cookie, while another used their leg muscles to transport objects without using their hands. Experiencing these physical challenges firsthand gave everyone a deeper appreciation for the resilience it takes to overcome limited mobility.
Sometimes we also squeeze in some classroom yoga to reset our brains!

Last week, our Student Council officers had the exciting opportunity to attend the TEPSA Student Leadership Workshop! Through interactive activities and inspiring discussions, students strengthened their leadership skills while learning how to communicate effectively, motivate and encourage others, work as a team, and lead with purpose. We are so proud of these student leaders and can’t wait to see them put what they learned into action as they make a positive impact on our campus!
