Out of school for fall break? Give your pitcher a morning on the mound at HumNow.

Led by HumNow Director of Pitching Development Jacob Cantleberry (former Dodgers organization) and Coeur d'Alene's own Liam Paddack (White Sox organization), with help from the high school and college pitchers in our Pitch 360 program.

🎯 Command
⚾ Age-appropriate pitching drills
Healthy arms come first. Every drill fits your athlete's age and stage.

🔥 Welcome to the team, Garrett Gores!
We're excited to announce Garrett as HumNow's new High Performance & Pitching Intern.
Garrett has been putting in the work inside our walls every day. For the last few months, he's been training in our Pitch 360 program with Jacob Canterbury, our Director of Pitching, following the same individualized throwing plan, movement work and strength program our athletes do. The results speak for themselves: he just set a new personal best of 94.2 mph. 💪
⚾ 2 years pitching at Spokane Falls Community College
⚾ 3 years pitching at Gonzaga University
🎓 Degree in kinesiology
But the number isn't why he's on our staff. Garrett does things the HumNow way, which means doing them the right way. He cares about the people around him, loves helping others reach their goals, and connects with kids of all ages.
