A volunteer-led, 501(c)(3) organization, we support food-insecure homebound residents of greater Spokane. We also deliver hygiene products and provide bus fare.
Our volunteers deliver free food to people who find it difficult to access food banks. Individuals and families may join a private Facebook group, called Help Yourself. There, they can access information on resources to meet their needs. Examples of resources are food banks, rental assistance programs, and free community events. When members of the Facebook group cannot find resources to meet their basic needs, they are encouraged to contact the Spokane Helpers Network. Our volunteers can help with locating resources and/or delivering needed items.

Hands Across Spokane 2026 🤝
Spend an afternoon connecting with your community at Hands Across Spokane 2026 on Saturday, September 12, from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. at Riverfront Park’s Central Plaza!
This free, welcoming community resource fair will bring together local nonprofits, service providers, public agencies and community partners for an afternoon of:
