What we love about the fair: live music, ALL the fair food options, riding the rides until you’re pretty sure your stomach is still spinning, and, of course, the cute animals. Come on now.
The Spokane County Interstate Fair in Tracy runs through September 20

There are still a couple ways to get in free on September 20:
Coats 4 Kids Day: Bring a new or gently used coat to any fair entrance and get free admission for one child age 17 and under per coat donated.
School employees: Public or private K-12 and college employees get free admission with a valid school ID or paystub. Thanks STCU!
Regular admission is $15 for adults Monday–Thursday and $17 Friday–Sunday. Youth ages 7–13 and seniors 65+ are $12, military with ID is $12, and kids 6 and under are always free.
Basically: come hungry, leave dizzy, pet something cute.

There is just something about Green Bluff in the summer that keeps calling me back. We've visited here since Marlo was in a baby Bjorn carrier and Clive was toddling. We didn't even call Spokane home yet.
Every time I go up there, I leave feeling a little more refreshed, a little more connected, and so grateful we have places like this so close to home.
Honorable mention to:
Walter's Fruit Ranch -peaches, apricots and blueberries are on now! This spot has been one of my favorites for years. Whether I'm picking up fresh fruit, browsing the market (make sure to get some pickled okra!), grabbing a treat, or just wandering around, it always feels like summer. It's one of those places that never gets old.
Big Barn Brewing Co is where you go to slow down and just enjoy the moment. Good b**r, good food, GREAT live music, gorgeous views, and great company...it checks all the boxes.
🌱 Wildland Cooperative, i adore you. I love what they've created there. From the amazing food and drinks to the gardens, local products, and the heart behind everything they do, it feels authentic and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their community and the land, and that makes it even more meaningful to visit. Hot tip: Trivia and Neighbor Nights happening now.
Honestly, I couldn't pick just one favorite because they each bring something different. That's what I love most about Green Bluff. Every place has its own personality, and every visit feels a little different.
If you haven't spent much time up there this summer, I highly recommend making a day of it. Support local, soak in the scenery, and enjoy everything these incredible businesses have to offer. We are pretty lucky to have Green Bluff right in our own backyard.

What's the good news? Buyers are absolutely still out there, and homes are still selling. Buyers just have more options, so they're taking their time and being a little pickier (sometimes a LOT pickier.)
The sellers who cross the finish line in this market are the ones who listen, adjust, and remember that reality is your friend.

I was equal parts flattered and surprised to be featured in the May edition of Spokane Real Producers. It’s nice to know that what I call "mildly controlled chaos" can be rebranded as "achievement." 🙂🙃
Really though, this only happens because of the dynamite people who trust and collaborate with me. A career is never built alone, and I’m just grateful.
