Behold the Formlabs Fuse+ 30W Laser Sintering machine. Same machine we have with a way faster laser.
Machine #2 has arrived, and we are officially growing.
Lots of thanks to give: Larisa, our Rep at Formlabs for always taking such good care of us. Jan and Numerica for the financial help. Mike Wahl for putting in the dedicated circuit on short notice. Penninsula Truck Lines for getting her on another truck and into our garage within an hour of reaching Spokane, and most importantly all of our Family and Friends who continue to cheer us on!!

Big thangs happening today!
Pleased to announce that we just purchased a second 3D Printer, a Formlabs Fuse 30W.
More work lined up than our lil 10W can keep up with.
Beyond grateful for our biggest customer who catapulted our lil garage gig into a rapidly growing small business. So thankful. 🙏
She should be here in about 4 weeks! Lots of new material capabilities and almost 3x faster.
Can't wait to share the unboxing, stay tuned!

Fricken love Formlabs. Unfortunately the recoater motor took a s**t this week. They had a Tech out from Seattle and the machine up and running in less than 48 hours from breakdown.
Didn't cost me a penny and he gave me a ton of great printing advice and a tour of the inside of the machine! Even got followups from their Support Department.
Some of the best customer service ever and their people really know their s**z! 😊🤙🖤🐕

First official production order and a new rev on the camera enclosure prototype!
Everything is Media blasted and washed.
Just drying and waiting for assembly.
