ORIGIN

We are a church community with a rich and vital history (known as Covenant Christian Church of Spokane, Washington for over a hundred years). In recent days, however, we've elected bear witness to the ORIGIN of all things, and we believe a vital clue to that ORIGIN is the mysterious life, death and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth... This, of course, is a difficult proposition in a post-modern and post-Christendom world; and yet, our messy group gathers on Sunday's at 10 a.m. with hope and dreams of connections with the marginalized and the alienated and the lonely, as well as those who put up a good front. Think conversation, not monologue. Feel awe & wonder, not arrogant certitude. And do something -- something creative and loving -- with this nudge you're experiencing right now.
