On Wednesday, our Compass Construction & ServiceMaster by Compass team took a break from the daily grind to enjoy our annual All-Company BBQ …and what a great afternoon it was!

This year’s rib competition featured seven competitors, all bringing their best recipes to the grill. Congratulations to Travis, who earned bragging rights as this year’s Rib Champion! 🏆🍖

We also celebrated two outstanding team members:

👏🏼 Cody – ServiceMaster Employee of the Month

There were plenty of laughs, great conversations, and even an impressive high kick from Stephanie that had everyone smiling. 😊

One of the sweetest highlights was having Theresa’s baby grandson join us as our special guest. 😍

We’re incredibly grateful for this hardworking team. Every day they show up ready to serve our customers and support one another, and it’s important to take time to celebrate the people who make it all happen.
