THE FIRST GAME IS COMING

Galactic Kata

The Founder

This journey has never just been about starting a business. It’s been about building something that represents everything I’ve learned, survived, created, and still believe is possible.

I founded Kataclysm LLC to bring together the things that have shaped my life: technology, education, entrepreneurship, storytelling, game development, and community.

Today, Kataclysm is growing into a technology-driven entertainment company creating culturally forward games, stories, and digital experiences, while continuing to use those same skills to create opportunities for others.

Our next major step is Galactic Kata, the universe I’ve been building for years, and its flagship product, Galactic Kata: LINGO, a collectible card game that turns communication, tone, intent, personality, and context into strategy while connecting physical cards to a larger digital world.

But the vision goes beyond one game.

I want to build worlds where Black and Brown characters aren't standing on the sidelines. I want creators from communities that have historically been overlooked to see themselves at the center, not only as characters, but eventually as creators, owners, developers, and entrepreneurs.

There have been setbacks. There have been times when I've had to rebuild, rethink, learn something new, and keep moving without knowing exactly where the next opportunity would come from.

But we kept building.

Being selected for the 2026 SCORE Washington Technology Entrepreneur Pitch Contest and receiving this Founder Spotlight is another reminder that the work is being seen.

And I'm grateful for my SCORE mentor Atul Sahai, the organizations and community partners who have supported Kataclysm, and especially the people who have believed in this vision before there was much to look at besides an idea and determination.

We're still early.

We're still learning.

And we're definitely still building.

But Kataclysm isn't just an idea anymore.

It's becoming an ecosystem.

Technology. Games. Storytelling. Education. Community. Ownership.

And we're just getting started.

The process never stops.

Every line I draw, every character I design, every game I build, every story I write, I’m still learning. Still experimenting. Still finding ways to get better.

Technology has changed. My tools have changed. The scale of what I’m building has definitely changed. But I refuse to let the art I spent years developing disappear just because new tools make certain things easier.

I still draw. I still sketch. I still design. I still create with my own hands.

AI can enhance what I do. Technology can help me move faster and bring ideas to life in ways I couldn’t before. But neither replaces the years I spent developing my eye, my imagination, my characters, my worlds, or my craft.

And I’m not finished developing any of it.

I won’t stop drawing.
I won’t stop creating.
I won’t stop learning.
I won’t stop getting better.

The goal was never to find an easier way to be an artist.

The goal is to keep becoming a better one.

Human Created. AI Enhanced.

The Tower is starting to come alive.

We’ve officially moved beyond talking about what our AI-powered social world could be and started building the infrastructure behind it.

Galactic Kata already has an existing online community, and now we’re working on connecting that community to The Tower, our persistent social game world where real people and AI-powered characters called Ectypes will be able to meet, build relationships, socialize, create, earn, spend, and exist together.

What you’re looking at here is part of that work already running on GalacticKata.com. We’re connecting our existing membership system, profiles, social features and AI technology into the foundation that will eventually bridge your real-world Galactic Kata profile with your identity inside The Tower.

There is still a LOT to build, but this is the part I love: watching something that has lived in my head and on paper for years slowly become something you can actually click, use and experience.

Human Created. AI Enhanced.

Welcome to the early foundations of The Tower.

Lots of disappointments. Lots of lessons. Lots of growth.

And through it all, one thing hasn’t changed: we keep moving forward.

Main character energy.

With help or without it, with applause or without it, we’re going to keep building, creating, learning, and pushing forward. We will not stop until we reach the goal.

But to those of you who have stood beside us, believed in what we’re building, offered a hand, gave us grace when things didn’t go perfectly, or simply showed us genuine support along the way, please know that it matters.

We see you. We appreciate you. And we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The journey isn’t over.

Not even close.

We’re still here. Still building. Still growing.

And we’re just getting started.
