Music is what we do --- from classical to pops. We help you enjoy life. The theater seats about 1,600 for Symphony concerts and has outstanding acoustics.
We're the largest and most active professional performing arts organization in the Inland Pacific Northwest. Our performing home is Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox, originally built in 1931 as an art deco movie palace and renovated and reopened in 2007 as a regional performing arts center. Both the main floor and the balcony have ADA access. Please contact the Box Office at 509-624-1200 for assistance with ADA access seating. The theater building is on the National Register of Historic Places and the renovation received an Honor Award in 2010 from the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The Box Office is located just inside the Sprague entrance of Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox, 1001 Sprague Avenue in downtown Spokane (at Monroe). Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. For information about our concerts, please visit www.spokanesymphony.org. The Box Office is located on the Sprague Avenue side of the theater. If you've purchased tickets for pickup at Will Call, you'll want to use the First Avenue side of the theater. Thanks for your patience with the weather delay everyone, our annual Labor Day Concert at Comstock Park is finally here, and we’re excited to spend the evening with you. Bring friends, family, neighbors, or just yourself, the Symphony is for everyone!

Arriving a little early will help you find a good spot and enjoy the full lineup. We're sure you know but Spokane evenings have been rainy and colder, so packing a blanket or some warm layers is a good idea. A flashlight may also come in handy once the concert wraps up and the park gets dark.

CONCERT UPDATE: due to weather conditions, tonight’s concert at Comstock Park will be postponed to tomorrow, Tuesday 09/08 at 6PM. Everything will remain unchanged, we will see you tomorrow at the same time and location! Thank you for your cooperation at this time.

With the weather shifting so much this week, we’re keeping a close eye on conditions for our annual Labor Day Concert at Comstock Park. If the forecast does not improve, we may have to move our favorite annual concert from 09/07 to Tuesday 09/08. Everything will remain unchanged if we need to move forward with postponing the concert. We will keep you updated with the show status, as soon as we have information, stay tuned. Thank you for your cooperation at this time.

Speaking with KREM 2 News last week, Music Director James Lowe reflected on Dolly Parton's passing and on what her songs always refused to do, stay in one box.
On October 24 at The Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox, The Spokane Symphony will be presenting a program Dolly co-produced, featuring her on screen, telling her own story.
"We have never felt as privileged as now to host Dolly Parton's, Threads: My Songs in Symphony, and backing it with our full orchestra. This is a true honor."
