Those of you who know my mom KNOW… an empty margarita glass is not a minor inconvenience. It’s a full-blown family emergency. 😂🍹🚨
We poured… NOTHING.
The horror. The disbelief. The betrayal.
My mom was basically like, “I’ve lived 87 years for THIS?!” 😂
She may be sweet, she may be adorable… but come between this woman and her margarita and you’re on your own.
Forget the emergency kit. Mom’s packing tequila, salt and limes. 🍋‍🟩🍹

¡Cádiz, nos vemos en noviembre!

Del 6 al 8 de noviembre estaré en Cádiz formando parte de un evento muy especial, rodeada de bailarinas, maestros increíbles y mucha inspiración. ✨

Será un fin de semana lleno de workshops, competencia y shows, junto a grandes artistas internacionales como Khader Ahmed, Tito Seif, Rachael Redfern, Nur Zahira, Karan Pangali, Sneha Mistri, Rut Sanchéz y Lourdes Tenorio.

Y tengo algo que me emociona especialmente… ❤️
Estaré impartiendo un programa intensivo de performance para bailarinas que quieren ir un paso más allá.

Un espacio para desafiarte, entrenar con intención y explorar todo lo que puedes llevar al escenario cuando realmente te permites bailar con propósito.

Porque una gran performance no se trata solamente de aprender una coreografía.
Se trata de presencia, intención, confianza y conexión.

Flying from the Hawaiian Islands all the way to Frankfurt, Germany is a long, LONG journey. Many hours, many airports, many time zones… and at some point you’re not quite sure what day it is. 😂
After all these years of traveling the world, I still love the adventure.
On those long travel days, I always try to sneak in a little movement, a little wellness… and definitely a little coffee. ☕️.
I’ve spent A LOT of my life at 30,000 feet, traveling the world to dance, teach, create and connect—and somehow, I’m still excited every time I head somewhere new.
