🏁 RACE WEEKEND RECAP 🏁

A busy weekend of racing for the crew!

Friday — Kendall Brown #99
Qualified P7, finished P8 in the heat, and after some contact with the wall, brought it home P18 in the main.

Saturday — Braxton Arriaga #95
Qualified P9, picked up the HEAT WIN 🏆, but unfortunately ended the main with a DNF.

Racyn Rupert #98
Qualified P3 and finished P5 in the heat. In the main, Racyn was running P2 before some mid-race contact sent him to the back. He fought his way back through the field and still managed a P5 finish!

Bryce Rupert #97
Made his return to Hobby Stocks in his new-to-him Camaro! Qualified P13, drove from P9 → P6 in the heat, then charged from P18 → P6 in the main! Hell of a first night in the new ride.

Overall, a weekend full of speed, learning, and some strong drives through the field. Onto the next one! 🏁

🏁FINAL RACE RECAP — Braxton #95🏁

What a way to wrap up Braxton’s first season of racing! 🏎️💨

Braxton started the night by winning his heat race and carried that momentum into the main! He was leading for most of the race and looking strong.

Then the caution came out, and we learned there’s definitely still some work to do on those restarts. 😅

The #7 car took the lead on the restart, and with only a few laps remaining, Braxton went for the pass going into the inside of Turn 1. The #7 kept it clean without contact, but pinched Braxton just a little too much, forcing him to spin on his own.

Unfortunately, the spin ended his night with only 3 laps to go. The car went skidding a bit, and somehow, with NO CONTACT, it still managed to break the chain guard and axle. 🤯 These little cars can sure find a way to chew things up!

It was definitely not the ending we wanted, but we couldn’t be more proud of this kid. ❤️

Braxton had an incredible first season, learned so much, made memories, and had one hell of a time doing what he loves. 🏁

We have a couple hot rods this weekend. Racyn made the pole shuffle yesterday, today one spot out. After a wrecked car lastnight we had a late night and got it dialed back in.
Braxton finished 3rd last night in his new car. Today in qualifying he ran his personal best at 16.550 for 6th quick. Very proud Dad/papa here these boys are putting in the work and getting it done. Like to thank everybody involved to make this happen. It takes a village to be out here for 3 days straight so I would like to thank a few people for helping this weekend.
Bryce Rupert thrashing on the car and having to work in the morning. Brayden Olson same as above lol. Brittney Rupert for keeping food in our guts. Kendall Brown best tire girl in the northwest Candra Allen Tammy Allen for bringing letting my grandson join the team as a driver and the new car. Chelsey Martinson jimmy boy.
