Guess who’s here at Life Services! Ashley, founder of SMILE (Single Moms In Life Empowerment), joined Glendie and Emily for the Life Renovation Podcast! On the latest episode, Ashley gets real about her own journey as a single mom. We loved hearing how she took something difficult in her own story and allowed God to turn it into a ministry that is now serving single moms right here in our community. It’s a boy! It’s always a good day when we get to make a new baby bundle. 💙

A new friend to Life Services heard about what we do and made these beautiful blankets for the families we serve. 💙

Her kindness will now be part of our free boutique, where moms and dads come on Tuesday’s for the things they need for their babies!

Yesterday we were so blessed to be part of EWU’s NeighborFest again this year! 💙 Carmen, one of our nurses, and Shari, one of our volunteers, spent the day connecting with 190 students and sharing about Life Services.

We even got to see some familiar faces who have volunteered with us at Bloomsday and meet new students interested in volunteering with us in the future. Rain and all, we’re grateful for every conversation and every opportunity to connect with our community. Thank you, Eastern Washington University, for having us! 🦅

It takes a lot of hands to make a night like Dream Beyond happen. 💙
