π π The space between us is alive.
It holds what we say, what we silence, what we protect, and what becomes possible when we finally meet one another without armor in our authentic self, with boundaries that still allow love in....life in! π₯°
Living in Relationship with Others invites us beyond roles and patterns, into something more honest, courageous, and alive.
Come meet us there. βπΌ

β¨οΈ Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to be everything for everyone, without learning how to stay with ourselves.
We swallowed the no.
Questioned the knowing.
Called exhaustion strength.
Shape-shifted to belong.
Relationship with Self is an invitation to stop leaving yourself behind. You are invited.
To listen before you explain.
To feel before you fix.
To remember the voice beneath the noise.
This is not about becoming better. It is about ending the quiet abandonment of who you already are.
We begin at The Vortexβbreathing beneath the roles and meeting what has been waiting for our attention.
Series participants will also receive a special discount on Vortex class passes. π
If something in you whispered yes, listen.

Hey.
How are you living in relationship with others? Who are you showing up as?
π
People pleaser.
π§ Fixer.
π Caretaker.
βπΌ Peacekeeper.
π₯΅ Overfunctioner.
πͺ The strong one.
π The easy one.
πΆβπ«οΈ The one who never needs anything.
At what point did the role you learned to play become the person you believed you had to be? π₯Ί
Healthy relationships donβt require us to perform a role. They invite us to become more honest, more whole, and more fully ourselves. π₯°
5 spots left for this series.

What if you are not something to change, but someone to know?
To relate to and understand. To meet again and again each morning?
What if you have been waiting to meet the true you? This version of you, not the version from 5 years ago...
What would it feel like to accept & cherish the person you are in this moment?
The Five Living Relationships begins with this exact relationship.
π₯°β€οΈβπ₯
Together, we will explore our relationship with:
SELF Β· OTHERS Β· COMMUNITY Β· NATURE Β· LIFE & SPIRIT
This is not another formula for becoming a better version of yourself. It is an invitation to become more deeply present within the life you already have.
To know yourself.
To meet one another.
To participate in community.
To live reciprocally with nature.
And to listen for something greater.

πΏ What becomes possible when we remember how to be in relationship with our lives? β¨οΈ
π The Five Living Relationships is an invitation to move beyond simply managing life and begin meeting it with greater presence, curiosity, and care. β€οΈβπ₯
What if you are not something to optimize, but someone to know?
Much of modern wellness asks us to manage ourselves.
Track more.
Measure more.
Hack our sleep.
Control our nervous systems.
Improve our habits.
Become more productive, regulated, disciplined, healed.
π€ͺ
ππ½ Yes, some of those tools can be useful, but The Five Living Relationships begins somewhere different....
π₯°π€ With relationship. And we'll begin with our relationship to ourself...

We begin a unique but necessary adventure into our relationships. β€οΈβπ₯ 10.10.26
Over the course of many months and many gatherings we will examine, explore, learn, and grow in relationship.

π Did you know Leah and Kolbie have been practicing βwellnessβ together since they were eight? πΆ
Although back then, wellness looked more like:
20+++ hours of gymnastics a week. πͺ
Bike rides all over town. π²
Walking everywhere. πΆββοΈ
Painting their nails between practices. π
Learning the city bus routes. π
And occasionally making transportation decisions that would now require a long conversation with their own children. π€ ππ½
Somehow, they survived, grew up, found each other again, and created Wildly Well. π±
Honestly, the reunion feels less like coincidence and more like the universe finishing a story it started years ago.π©΅
PS πshe's always been cuter than me, but i love her for it!

π Sometimes losing our rhythm does not look dramatic.
It can sounds like a shorter temper.
It can feel like persistent fatigue or brain fog.
It shows up as less patience for the people and practices we care about.
For Leah, fatigue and irritability are invitations to pauseβnot personal failures to push through. It's her body communicating to her. β¨οΈ
The body often speaks quietly before it begins shouting.
Wellness starts with learning to listen.
What's your body trying to tell you?
