Quick Simple Meals
Greetings Friends:
After attending my first workshop, I was instantly hooked! In less than 2 hours we made 10 delicious recipes to take home. How refreshing.
It was fun, productive, healthy and economical (at ~$2.50 per serving). More importantly, my family LOVES the meals and I spend less than 20 minutes getting a fabulous dinner on the table; typically only dirtying one pan in the process. Even better, my 'kitchen clean up duties' take me only a few minutes. All workshops use 100% all-NATURAL, peanut-free Wildtree products with no dyes, no MSG, no fillers and no preservatives! During the workshop you'll learn how to make meal time delicious, nutritious, easy and economical through menu planning. Why should you menu plan (which is the basis of our workshops)? NOTE: We also offer tasting were we get to sample a lot of different foods! SAVE TIME! By making grocery shopping quick and easy. No running to the store for last-minute forgotten items. No need to waste time and mental energy deciding 'what's for dinner'. SAVE MONEY! Meal planning means less take-out and fast food for dinner. Shopping with a list means less impulse buys and wasted food. A simple plan allows you to buy in bulk OR to shop when items are on sale. REDUCE STRESS! In our fast paced culture we're being pulled in a million directions, dinner should not be an added stress. No more worrying about getting dinner on the table. BECAUSE WE'VE DONE ALL THE MEAL PLANNING FOR YOU! With only an hour or so of your time - once or twice a month - you'll be all set with healthy delicious meals. Once you get the hang of it, meal planning becomes second nature and you'll never go back! Freezer Meal Workshops are good for people with dietary restrictions, food allergies, busy parents on the go, gourmet chefs AND culinary challenged alike. With over 100 products to choose from, Wildtree has products for even those with food restrictions (e.g., allergies, Celiac, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, ADHD, etc.). NOTE: These are NOT you your every day boring meals. You can see additional information and example menus at www.quicksimplemeals.com

Just got some small baskets like this last week. Now need to get some magnetic backing.
DIY Magnetic Baskets
An easy way to save space and store ingredients is with a magnetic basket. Just glue strong magnets onto whatever baskets appeal to you, then stick on the refrigerator.

Around the Kitchen Another tip for hard boiled eggs... "For anyone that may not know, the BEST way to make hard-boiled eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are m...

Around the Kitchen This long-forgotten gem of a cleaning agent may be used with a little water or vinegar to lift even the most stubborn stains. Unattractive grout driving you batty? Mold and mildew stains got you reaching for the Prozac? Burner pans and casserole dishes giving you fits? Cream of Tartar is your new be...

Chicken salad sandwich. Take some chicken and shred it (or use a can of chicken if that's what you have) and add a some Smoked Mozzarella and Tomato blend with a little mayo. Add some lettuce and put on bread or in a wrap for a great tasting and easy to make lunch.

Perfect Roast Chicken from the Everyday Meals menu, and it was perfect! I don't think I have ever roasted chicken quarters before, but it was so flavorful that even now a half hour later after the one dish that I used to make dinner has been washed, my mouth is watering just typing this. Can't wait for leftovers if no one else gets to them first.
Next time I may just go with thighs, since I prefer the dark meat, but to each his own.
