Ginger Designs

Last night I was named one of this year’s Rising Stars by the Journal of Business, and I’m still a little in shock. 🥂

I started Ginger Designs because I loved design and wanted to create beautiful, meaningful spaces for people. What I didn’t expect was falling just as in love with building the business itself... accountant, salesperson, project manager, and professional email writer included.

I tell my clients all the time: the best spaces aren’t the ones where everything matches perfectly. They’re the ones that feel like the people who live in them. Looking back, that’s probably how I’ve approached my whole career too. Just saying yes to things that scared me a little and figuring it out along the way.

This award has my name on it, but so many people are behind it. My family, my kids, my husband Kyle, and every client, builder, and friend who has trusted me and opened doors along the way.

Rising Stars makes it sound like I have it all figured out. I promise, I’m still figuring plenty out. But I’m proud of what I’ve built, grateful for who I’ve built it with, and excited for what’s next. 🧡 Thank you!
