Music Plus Learning Center

We are committed to developing a love of music, as well as valuable musical skills that will last a lifetime. Music Plus connects students with engaging, qualified teachers who cultivate the desire for learning beyond the boundaries of a standard school curriculum. Our teachers have studied at college and university levels in their fields and have performed extensively. We also involve our teachers in ongoing professional development to insure that our students get the finest instruction possible. We believe that music is an innate language within even the youngest of children. Our curriculum focuses on the joy of playing music as the primary teaching tool without adhering to a strict method. We encourage our instructors to tailor their methods and materials to best fit their style within this overall philosophy. Developing a musical language is rewarding in itself, and is likely to benefit students in other areas. Our lessons and activities foster enrichment and advancement in the creative arts and the development of cognitive skills useful in many pursuits. Camps and workshops during school vacations include a wide range of topics, from robotics to woodworking. These events focus on fun, hands-on, interactive activities and are sure to be a hit with students.
