I know you’ve heard that our goal here at Maximum Security is to be as helpful as possible, but you might not know or understand the steps that we take to do that

We have had multiple clients come up to us and say things on the lines of “(insert scenario here) Do you guys do that?” to which we respond with “We can definitely do that, and in the future, if you guys don't know if we do something, just say ‘yes, they can do that’ then send me a text, so I know what to expect”

Honestly we take pride in helping people. You pay us good money, you deserve to get good, honest, staff that's dedicated to making your day easier. Not someone that says “we can't do that” or “they aren't our client”

There is a difference between paying “$15 for pictures and a report” and “paying $15 for people that want to go above and beyond for their clients.” Maximum’s goal is to put the golden rule into each and every interaction we have. Client or not.

Maximum only hires people that want to spend that extra 10 minutes to ensure the problems get solved. A look on security I wish more companies took.

With the current fire situation consuming law enforcement resources, our security responsibility is heightened.

We witnessed your "Average Joe" security team pull up, get out of the car, take a quick picture of the property, and immediately drive off.

Given how stretched our emergency resources are right now with the active fires, behavior like this is the last thing we need.

Im frustrated that this kind of behavior is being allowed ESPECIALLY during this time of need.

Edit - Guys.... we know civilians are allowed to take pictures, this post is about paying a "security" company for 30 seconds worth of work.

I know everyone is hearing about the fires in Spokane, but here's one more post.
