Big CONGRATS to Zayne and Landon, the 5th Grade MVPs for Week 3! Great job, boys!!

Sometimes an MVP performance isn’t about the final score—it’s about how you respond when things aren’t going your way. This week, Kane showed exactly the kind of fight, effort, and attitude we want to see from a Highlander! 💪⚔️

🛡️ **On defense**, Kane was an absolute problem! #77 was a **fixture in the opponent’s backfield all game**, playing aggressive, getting pe*******on, and making his presence felt snap after snap.

🏈 **On offense**, Kane brought that same physicality. He attacked his blocks, played aggressive up front, and continued battling to create opportunities for his teammates.

What stood out most was that **Kane never quit.** Even in a tough game, his motor kept running. He fought all the way to the final whistle, continued encouraging his teammates, and maintained a **great attitude from beginning to end.**

Week 2 5th Grade Highlanders MVP!!! Avery played strong, from start to finish! Way to go, bud!!!

🔥 Huge shoutout to our 6th Grade Week 2 MVP of the Week – Keyoni Wright! 🔥

Keyoni is the type of player every team needs — do your job, play hard, and be where you’re supposed to be! Week 2 was a great example of exactly that.

🏈 On offense, Keyoni did the dirty work, throwing some great blocks and doing his part to help his teammates make plays. And when his opportunity came, he delivered with a great catch to make an impact of his own!

🛡️ On defense, #28 was constantly around the action. He stayed disciplined, was disruptive, and continued to put himself in the right spots throughout the game. Sometimes the biggest impact doesn’t always show up on a stat sheet — Keyoni consistently doing his assignment helped make the entire defense better.

But what makes Keyoni stand out even more is the way he approaches the game. He works hard, brings a great attitude, listens, and does whatever is asked of him. He doesn’t need the spotlight to give maximum effort — he just keeps working. 💪
