20 years ago, a blocked punt became a symbol of resilience.



This Monday, October 5, we honor of Spokane’s own Steve Gleason, the Team Gleason Foundation, and the fight against ALS. Twenty years ago, Steve’s iconic blocked punt helped lead the Saints to a touchdown (and win!) in their first game back in the Superdome after Hurricane Katrina. That moment came to symbolize the spirit of No White Flags, a phrase later embraced in the fight against ALS.



Since opening our doors in 2015, Republic Pi has been a proud partner of Team Gleason, donating $1 from every #37 sold to support its mission. To honor of Steve, his legacy, and our longtime partnership with Team Gleason, Republic Pi will donate 10% of ALL sales this Monday, in addition to the $1 donation from every #37 sold.
