This is for my friends on the Seattle side of the mountains. Im considering expanding my Home Inspection business (Affordable Home Inspection LLC) to that side and am wanting to chat with some realtors in the area. I could spend days just making random calls to realtors, however I'd like to know of realtors that their clients have had a good experiences with. Feel free to share. Hope y'all have a great day.

I thought I was unscammable until today. Embarrassed a little but I'll share so others dont have to go through the anxiety and other crap I went through today... I received a call from a girl crying even said she was Jocelyn and asking me to come get her.. a man with a heavy Hispanic accent got on the phone and said he caught my daughter videoing him while he was making a drug deal and that she was ok but I needed to come get her and meet him. I was so concerned for my kiddos safety (hence good scam)I did not see the red flags such as being a local drug dealer he would of known the streets better. He kept me on the phone the entire time 1+ hours as so I couldn't make a call. I wired $1,000.00 to Mexico City. The number he called me on was a 509 area and I get that doesn't mean anything anymore. I almost wired more money when I was able to reach Jocelyn via text and found out without any uncertainty she was ok.. I then put him on speaker and told him to go get FU #$@%.
They had already gotten the first wire transfer. If i was able to fall victim so are you. Please be vigilant. I made police report bu t.v I know nothing will ever happen of it.
