A very bad person bad neighbor shot and killed My Emmy he is claiming it was in self-defense because she was attacking him but that is absolutely not true and the shot was a perfect kill shot and there's no way he could have done that if he was running from a dog and the gun was a 45 so he was set up and plenty of time to aim so he was not running she was not running and he just killed her. There's too many people like that in this world and I need to go.
