Please join us in celebrating Coni on her upcoming work anniversary with Ripple Ranch.
With more than 40 years in the medical field and over 25 years dedicated to substance use and mental health services, Coni brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and compassion to the work she does every day.
As part of our Utilization Review team, she is always looking for ways to improve processes, support our mission, and help ensure individuals receive the care they need. Her dedication behind the scenes helps make a meaningful difference for both our team and the people we serve.
Outside of work, Coni enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, cooking, baking, and cheering on her favorite baseball and college softball teams.
Thank you, Coni, for your hard work, commitment, and the positive impact you make at Ripple Ranch. We are grateful to have you on our team.

You do not need to be flexible to try yoga.
You just need a willingness to slow down.
This International Yoga Day, we are celebrating one of the many ways people can reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and breath. Even a few minutes of gentle stretching can help create space to pause, reset, and tune in to what your body and mind may be trying to tell you.
Recovery is not always about taking big steps forward. Sometimes it is about slowing down long enough to notice what you need.
Which yoga pose helps you feel the most relaxed?

As Father's Day approaches, we want to recognize the fathers, father figures, and mentors whose presence makes a lasting difference.
The people who offer encouragement when it is needed most. The people who listen, support, and continue to show up through life's challenges.
At Ripple Ranch, we know that recovery is rarely a journey taken alone. The support of family, meaningful relationships, and strong connections can have a profound impact on the healing process.
This weekend, we celebrate the fathers and father figures who lead with compassion, resilience, and unwavering care. Thank you for the ripple effect you create in the lives of those around you.

A lot of people become experts at keeping things moving while quietly carrying more than they let anyone see.
Checking in with yourself can be uncomfortable, especially when you’ve spent a long time minimizing what you’re feeling just to get through the day.
You do not have to wait until things completely fall apart to ask for support.

Mental health and substance use challenges are often deeply connected, yet many people only receive treatment for one.
When both are addressed together through integrated care, individuals have a stronger foundation for long-term healing and recovery. 💙
At Ripple Ranch, we believe effective treatment means caring for the whole person, not just part of the struggle.

Recovery happens in community. 💙
We’re grateful for opportunities to connect with passionate professionals across the recovery space who are committed to breaking stigma, sharing resources, and strengthening support for individuals and families.
Events like Alamo ROSC Meeting are an important reminder that collaboration creates lasting impact — and that real change happens when providers come together with a shared purpose.

Alcohol withdrawal can be more than uncomfortable. It can be dangerous without proper medical support.
Symptoms can begin within hours and may quickly escalate from anxiety, shaking, nausea, and trouble sleeping to more serious complications. That’s why safe, medically supported detox matters.
Recovery starts with getting through day one safely. You do not have to go through it alone. 💙
If you or someone you love is ready to take the first step, Ripple Ranch is here to help.

Collaboration creates stronger support systems for the people we serve.
We recently had the opportunity to connect with the team at La Hacienda Treatment Center and spend time sharing conversations around mental health, recovery, community care, and the importance of working together across organizations.
These moments matter. When passionate professionals come together with a shared purpose, it opens the door for better resources, stronger connections, and more support for individuals and families navigating recovery.
We’re grateful for the visit and excited for the conversations ahead. More to come. 💙

Stopping isn’t always the hardest part.
What comes after can feel overwhelming, uncomfortable, and hard to manage without support.
Withdrawal is real. It’s physical. And for many people, it’s the reason change feels out of reach.
That’s why support matters.
At Ripple Ranch, we provide medically supported detox designed to help stabilize the body and create a safer, more manageable starting point for recovery.
If you’ve been thinking about making a change, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
