On September 11, 2001, the world stood still as tragedy unfolded across the United States.
As the country grieved and responded to an unprecedented crisis, Callan JMB’s Wayne Williams became part of the emergency response effort. Drawing on his logistics expertise, Wayne helped guide the deployment of critical medical supplies, PPE, and other essential resources to New York City, supporting the distribution of the Strategic National Stockpile at a time when speed, coordination, and preparedness mattered most.

The Atlas Complex by CJMB is designed to be more than a location, it’s a platform built to help healthcare and life sciences organizations grow, scale, and move toward commercialization.
Callan JMB has entered into a long-term strategic support services agreement with Cavalry 1838 Equine Biosciences, further expanding the growing ecosystem at the Atlas Complex in Marion, Alabama.
Under the agreement, Callan JMB will provide the infrastructure and operational support behind Cavalry 1838’s commercialization activities, including regulatory compliance, quality management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Callan JMB is also entitled to receive 60% of revenue generated by the enterprise, supporting the continued growth of its recurring infrastructure services business.
Cavalry 1838 is developing pharmaceutical-grade serum, plasma and specialty biologic products for pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology companies, veterinary biologics developers and research organizations. Its Alabama operations will be based at the Atlas Complex and supported by the campus Equine Center.
As more organizations establish operations at Atlas, the shared-infrastructure model creates new opportunities for long-term partnerships across healthcare and the life sciences.
