Brazilian Jiu Jitsu School Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a "grappling" form of martial arts.
Here are our current classes:
Our Adult classes (men and women- 13 and up) are Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm. Wednesdays (nogi) 7:00-8:00 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Our Little Kids class (boys and girls- 4-6 years) are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45pm to 6:15pm
Our Big Kids class (boys and girls- 7-12 years) are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15pm to 7:00pm
