Louetta Village Apartments

Happy birthday to our August birthdays!! 🎂

Pool party!! Today 10-11am. Join us for brunch and drinks! 🥤🥐💦

Yesterday was National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, and we celebrated the best way we know how… with cookies, conversation, and a little friendly competition! 🍪🃏

Our Cookies & Cards event was filled with sweet treats, laughter, and time spent getting to know one another. There’s just something special about sharing a cookie and a conversation with neighbors and friends.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a fun afternoon! We can’t wait for the next one. 💙

🎨 A Fresh New Look is Coming to Louetta Village! 🏡✨

Change is in the air—and we’re excited to finally give you a sneak peek at our beautiful new exterior color palette!

Our refreshed look features:
🤍 Malabar (SW 9110) – a warm, welcoming beige that brightens the community while complementing our beautiful brick.
💙 Needlepoint Navy (SW 0032) – a rich blue-gray accent that adds timeless elegance to our trim and architectural details.

We’re already seeing the transformation come to life, and we can’t wait for the entire community to be completed! Thank you to our residents for your patience as we work building by building to give Louetta Village a fresh new appearance.

We’d love to hear what you think! Drop a ❤️ if you’re loving the new look.
