Meet Amy — the heart behind Ying Cha. 🧋🤍

Growing up in China, Amy always loved making sweets and drinks for her family. Seeing the people she loved enjoy something she made was what made her happiest.

At the end of 2025, she decided to turn that passion into something of her own and opened Ying Cha.

Today, she’s still in the kitchen every day, making our drinks, yogurt, cakes, and snacks fresh. She even traveled back to China to learn, improve, and bring new ideas back with her.

What started as a love for making things for her family became a dream for our whole family. 🤍
