Today we will be celebrating our Oktoberfest/Marzen “Okto Llama Brau”

“Okto Llama Brau” is a Märzen that is an amber-to-copper l***r with a rich, bready, and toasty malt profile, low bitterness, and an ABV of 6%.

We will also have streetmeatshtx out providing a great German menu.

German music will be playing all day and we will give away one prize an hour as we pick the best dressed German attired patron.

It’s Thirsty Trivia Thursday and it is October which means we release our Oktoberfest/Marzen b**r! Fall is supposed to be here and Summer isn’t ready to leave H-town but at least you can come have a great seasonal b**r in the A/C.

We will have the German music playing Sunday and will give away a prize every hour to anyone that comes dressed in German attire!

It is time for some post season baseball at Mad Llama Brewing and we will open at 3:30 today for the local home teams game. Hopefully we can help bring them a better result than yesterday!

It’s is still Steak and Fish Night at Mad Llama as well with Tostonio’s firing the grill up as normal for us all!

Bingo will start around 7:00 unless the baseball game is still going on and it’s Ladies Night all day with all of the ladies llamas getting $1 off all pours from the tap wall.

Let’s all get over the hump today by coming out to the brewery and pulling for a win for the home team.

The newest b**r from the sponsored small batch series is out today at noon!

Pina Llamanero IPA

This spicy IPA comes in at 7% ABV and balances the tropical, sweet fruitiness of fresh pineapple with the sharp, lingering heat of habanero peppers.

We have 8 gallons of this b**r, so come and get some before it’s gone. Thanks go out to Jason as the assistant brewer for making it happen.

It’s been 2 weeks and the Mad Llama Walk, Run or Bike Club will make their way out in the morning. Come out and be a part of the club and get some exercise and reward yourself with b**r.

We’ll be meeting tomorrow Saturday 9/26 at Rothwood Park at 9:15am then we will hit the trial ~9:30am. Taking the Spring Creek Greenway Trail for an ‘out-and-back’ before heading to the brewery for after-b**rs.

The new dry fit workout shirts have arrived and can be purchased and picked up tomorrow.

Yes…I’m not there today but Mad Llama has a brand new b**r on the tap wall. Frankenboltzzzz Brewing Co. made a jab at Mad Llama with one of their b**rs and we love them but we had to return the favor.

This Strawberry Vanilla l***r comes in at an easy drinking 4%.

Brewed with wild strawberry and natural vanilla bean, giving it a strawberry-cream or creamsicle-like aroma and taste.

Showing my age but the name brings back certain l cereal commercials from the 80’s.

Mad Llama will be open late tonight for the Houston vs Texas Tech game.

KK's will be offering a special menu and will be here late tonight as well.
