Kids deserve care that understands their bodies are still growing, changing, and learning 💪
Physical therapy can help when pain, an injury, limited mobility, bathroom struggles, or fear of movement that keeps your child from fully participating in sports, play, or everyday life.
At Onward, we meet kids where they are, make the process approachable, and help them build the strength, confidence, and tools to keep moving forward.
Not sure whether physical therapy could help your child? Send us a DM, and we’d be happy to talk through it with you.

You love running.
But something keeps getting in the way.
Let’s figure out why.
Maybe that same knee pain shows up every time your mileage increases. Maybe you’re training for a race and want to stay healthy through the whole training cycle. Maybe you simply want to get faster and run more efficiently.
A running assessment with our team can help. Here’s what it looks like:
1. You run.
We’ll get you warmed up on the treadmill and up to your normal—or symptomatic—pace.
2. We watch.
We’ll record you from the side and behind, then go through the videos together to show you what we see.
3. We make a plan.
We’ll focus on the one thing that could make the biggest difference in your running and give you specific drills + strengthening exercises to work on it.
You’ll walk away with a better understanding of how you run and a clear plan to help you keep doing it—without an overwhelming list of everything you’re doing “wrong.”
The goal is to keep you running.
NEVER BACKWARD.
ALWAYS ONWARD.

We care a lot about helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things you love.
But we care just as much about how you feel while you’re here.
We want you to feel heard when you tell us what’s going on.
Understood when the answer isn’t as simple as “this hurts.”
Confident that your body isn’t something you have to be afraid of.
Supported by someone who knows where you want to go and is ready to help you get there.
And hopeful that there is a way forward.
Great physical therapy isn’t just about getting you out of pain. It’s about helping you trust your body again.
Never backward. Always Onward. 🤍

Is the pelvic floor the missing link to getting your new PR?
Onward Houston is partnering with Wolfe Strength for this Pelvic Floor and Weightlifting Seminar on Saturday September 26th at 9am. The workshop is $20 per person, and spots are limited so don’t forget to sign up using the link below! We’d love for you to stick around for group training at 10am to practice the skills we learned in the seminar (included in the price of the workshop).

Shoulder feeling tight, stiff, or restricted? Limiting you with overhead pressing or holding your baby when you’re nursing?
Cupping isn’t just about leaving cool circles on your skin. When we use cups on the shoulder, the goal is to gently lift the tissues instead of pushing down on them.
Then we add movement.
This can help:
→ Reduce that “tight” feeling
→ Help the tissues around your shoulder move more freely
→ Make reaching overhead or across your body feel easier
→ Give your brain new input about how the shoulder is moving
→ Create a window for better, more comfortable movement
But the cups are only part of the process.
We use them to create a little more freedom, then follow it up with movement and strength so your body knows what to do with it.
Create space → move better → get stronger. That’s how we build capacity. That’s how we move Onward
